My Story
I am a busy wife and mother of 3 beautiful children. I have been happily married to my adoring husband, Chris for 25 years. I have a daughter who is 16, and two boys, ages 13 and 11. Spending time with my family is very important to me, but the budget has been tight over the past several years, and we haven't been able to have many family activities outside the home because of the cost. I have found a solution to that problem. I have found Scentsy. Scentsy is allowing me to get my life back and to do the things I want to do with my family. I have been with Scentsy since October 2010, and I would love to share my Scentsy story with you.
I have a co-worker and friend named Sarah, who brought in her Scentsy start up kit to the office one day. I had never even heard of Scentsy before, and I knew nothing about the product. I immediately fell in love with all of the 80+ fragrances and the warmers were very personal and eye-catching. And I love the concept that I can have a safe, wickless alternative to the flame of a candle with all of my kiddos running around. I knew right then that Scentsy was something that I could showcase to others while having fun and earning some much needed extra money. I signed up to become a consultant without even going to a party or even buying a warmer! I was hooked, and by December I had already earned enough money to buy Christmas presents for all of my family and friends. What a blessing Scentsy has been to me and my family!
By January, only a few months into my business, I had a surprise call by someone who had searched for a nearby consultant, and she joined my team that same night. Wow! I couldn't believe it! Six years later she is still on my team and so are 20+ other amazing women who are taking this journey with me.
I became a Scentsy Director in December of 2016. YAY! What an incredible feeling it was to learn that I was going to hold the title of Director. I may have shed a few tears of complete and utter joy that night :) When you reach Director, you can choose a team name. I am proud to say the name of my team is GLOWING WICKLESS.
Scentsy is giving me the freedom to earn extra income for our household. It is a fun way to meet people, and I love the Scentsy line of warmers and fragrances. Their fragrances not only smell amazing, but they can evoke a memory, create a mood, or express a feeling.
